5 Ways to Practice Your Tennis Game From Home!

While we are all sheltered down at home to help contain the spread of COVID-19, these are some things you can still do improve your tennis game!

1. Continuing Education - Listen to tennis podcasts, watch tennis videos (there are some good ones from United States Tennis Association - USTA (Official)USPTAPTR - Professional Tennis Registry - OfficialFuzzy Yellow BallsEssential TennisTennis Evolution and PlayYourCourt).

2. Meditate – Working on a positive mindset is both productive and healthy for any sport.

3. Heal an Injury – Rest, ice and strengthen your elbow/arm for those of you that suffer with tennis elbow.

4. Physical Conditioning - Keep doing your dynamic stretches so you are in shape when you are able to get back on the courts.

5. Practice – Pick up your racquet and practice using air strokes (backhand, forehand, volley and serve) for at least 10 mins – just make sure your ceiling is high enough!
